Booking Policy & Refund Info

At a Glance Summary: 30% non-refundable deposit required to book. Final balance due 14 days before event. Refunds: 60+ days (full minus deposit), 30-59 days (50%), 15-29 days (25%), 0-14 days (no refund). Rescheduling: 30+ days (one free), 14-29 days (15% fee), 0-13 days (no refund, counts as cancellation). Detailed Policy: 1. Bookings & Deposits To secure your event date, WALKER EVENT LLC requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total fee, due at the time of booking. 2. Payment Terms The final balance for all services must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. 3. Cancellation Refunds If you cancel your event, refunds are issued based on notice provided: - 60+ days notice: Full refund of all amounts paid except the 30% non-refundable deposit. - 30–59 days notice: 50% refund of total fees paid. - 15–29 days notice: 25% refund of total fees paid. - 0–14 days notice or no-show: No refund will be issued. 4. Rescheduling Change of date requests are handled as follows: - 30+ days notice: One reschedule allowed with no fee, subject to availability. - 14–29 days notice: Rescheduling allowed with a 15% fee of the total event cost. - 0–13 days notice: Treated as a cancellation with no refund; a new booking and deposit are required. 5. Event Management All requests must be submitted in writing. Dates are subject to availability.
