Refund & Cancellation Policy
WALKER EVENT LLC maintains a commitment to excellence and professional transparency. To ensure the highest level of service for all our luxury events in Texas, the following terms govern all bookings and financial agreements. 1. INITIAL INVESTMENT A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total event value is required to formalize your reservation and secure our planning experts for your date. 2. SETTLEMENT SCHEDULE The remaining balance for all services must be settled in full at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the scheduled event. 3. CLIENT-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS Should you need to cancel your engagement, refunds are structured as follows: - 60+ Days Notice: Refund of all payments made, excluding the initial 30% deposit. - 30–59 Days Notice: Refund of 50% of the total project investment. - 15–29 Days Notice: Refund of 25% of the total project investment. - Less than 14 Days Notice: No refunds will be granted for any reason, including no-shows. 4. ADJUSTMENTS AND RESCHEDULING - 30+ Days Notice: One complimentary date change is permitted, pending availability. - 14–29 Days Notice: Rescheduling is subject to an administrative fee of 15% of the total event cost. - Under 14 Days: Requests are treated as cancellations; a new contract and deposit will be required for any future dates. 5. POLICY NOTES Any reduction in project scope may result in a non-creditable loss of the original deposit. All refund requests must be submitted in writing. All bookings are final and governed by Texas business law.
