Key Service Terms Summary: Walker Event LLC specializes in professional planning and coordination services, meaning we do not ship physical products to your door. Our fulfillment is delivered through detailed preparation and on-site execution. Please note that all rescheduling and cancellation requests follow our strict Refund Policy. This includes a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due 14 days prior to the event. Refund amounts and rescheduling fees are determined by how far in advance you notify us of changes. Detailed Fulfillment Terms: Walker Event LLC delivers professional planning and coordination services rather than physical goods. Our fulfillment happens through expert consulting and on-site event management. PAYMENT TERMS: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date. The final balance is due 14 days before your event. REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made 60+ days out receive a refund minus the deposit. Within 30-59 days, a 50% refund is issued. Within 15-29 days, a 25% refund is issued. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 14 days or no-shows. RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule once for free if requested 30+ days in advance. Rescheduling 14-29 days before the event incurs a 15% fee. Requests made within 13 days of the event are treated as cancellations with no refund. SHIPPING: As a service business, we do not ship physical products; we coordinate vendor deliveries directly to your venue. Your timely approvals are essential for smooth service fulfillment.
